Paul is an excellent and experienced mechanic. One of the best there is. He has rescued me a couple times. Amazingly knowledgeable and professional. Came out to campground and looked at trailer. Was unable to fix, but gave suggestion and didn't charge. Great friendly service. Will definitely use him in the future

water separator filter replaced , quick and fast, even checked over engine and noticed a line that needed replacing and just did it included in the call as a preventative thing - fast friendly work, been around for a long time with a good reputation, lucky to have had them referred

I was stuck on the 401 EB tonight and struggling for over an hour to get a stuck tire off. One of your technicians saw me on his way past and came back to help. Within 5 mins he had the tire off and fixed. I was super stressed out and not sure if he told me his name or I forgot it but he was just an awesome human being. He went on his way and wasnt worried about pymt. I would like to know who he was so I can compensate at least. Tim's? Case of beer? Lol. Anyway if he is representative of this company and how it operates then they deserve every 5 star rating they get.
