I took my car in for a seasonal tire change. In error they over torqued the tires. This resulted in me having costs from my regular mechanic back in Ottawa. The tires were very difficult to remove. When I called about the problem they said send them the bill for my costs and they would pay it. It is rare these days that a company admits to a mistake and is willing to pay the costs to rectify the problem. Mistakes can happen in any shop. It's how ir gets resolved that separates the good shops from the bad ones. This place stands behind their services 100% and I highly recommend them.

My husband sent me here after he made an " appointment " to have our tires changed. I get here to be told you don't have an appointment. I was confused and slightly embarrassed My husband sent me to the wrong store. They took care of me anyway, with the tires I wanted, and they even saved me 80$ Wonderfully friendly and very professional. Customer for life now. ✌️
Went there today with my travel trailer. Gary was great and honest. Ordered the tires at 9:30 am and booked a 3pm appointment that was right on time. Their service was to the point that I didn’t think that good of service even existed anymore. Technicians were pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend. I don’t think the whole process for four tires took more than 25 mins. I will definitely return if I need tires.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I would give a zero if I could. They are so disorganized and unprofessional. Due to lack of attention, they damaged my equipment and cost me a lot of money. Later on, they didn’t even apologize for their mistake. They were just rude and defensive, and haven’t offered any compensation even though they were in the wrong. I’ve never worked with any place this like this. Stay away if you value your car!
Would not recommend this company for tire service. Brought a car in to have snow tires switched over. They damaged 2 of the all season with the tire machine (they omitted to damaging the tires) and replaced with 2 other tires. After they put the all seasons back on, and noticed damage and air leaking from 2 of the tires . My main concern is it went in with 4 matching tires all still under warranty, now only have 2 tires with warranty and not matching. And still cost $90 Definitely won't be back When I asked for the tires back to see if cdn tire will replace them He said they no longer have them, and the damage was so bad he said they wouldn't return them Everyone makes mistakes, but I don't like paying for other ppl's mistakes
