I go to this Pizza Nova all the time and it's always a pleasure. The service is always amazing, the pizza is always delicious, everything about it is perfect
Was told not to bring my Guide Dog (I’m blind) & (trained by the lions Foundation Of Canada Dog Guides) with me next time. That “customers complain” I explained that She is a fully trained guy dog that I’m blind And it is against the law to deny me access. I offered to show my ID which they refuse to see. I called the customer service to ask for a supervisor. They did not want to come to the phone to receive the call, eventually he did & I’m unsure what the supervisor said to him as he hung up. The two employees continue to complain in their language (unknown which language they were speaking). But it was obvious to me they were speaking about me as they seemed angry. Once I received my pizza, I asked for an apology and I was told that he didn’t deny me. “He never said that”. I have been in this establishment before and I’ve never had issues with my guide dog. I am completely Disgusted and furious that I was treated this way. I have had guide dogs for 32 years & I do not expect to be Told to not bring the dog next time. I even informed the employee possible owner to check their documents from the health department, which clearly states that guide dogs are exempt from the health code restrictions.
The pizza was ok but overpriced according to its quality. The reason we would give low ratings because of the employee who takes order, Rude and Do not know boundaries what to talk. He judges some racially and treats accordingly. This should not done by the employee and management should take action.
Hi being honest. We decided to try again. We had a pizza last night. Very dry. Hardly no sauce on it..... very dissapointed once again....we are going to have to find a great pizza place. Again being honest.

There is nothing safe about getting a pizza here through covid. They accept cash and are not sanitizing their hands after. Also not sanitizing there debit machine or sanitizing tables after people leave. Will not be back!
love me some pizza nova - carbonna crust with pep and bacon u cannot go wrong - I would say this is 4.5 stars because you cannot order the carbon crust in large- only medium and extra large
