Friendly place but they have really bad operating hours. They are always closed the only times that Iam able to get there. Closes 3pm on Sat , closed Sundays and closes 6pm weekdays. Compared to other pharmacies opened till 10pm or 12am included Sundays. Not very accommodating
Have attended your Pharmacy which is across the street from where I live. Your service have helped me with testing for Covid, I believe I've had previous injections and now another Flu Shot for I am at "High Risk" due to a Liver Transplant 8 years ago. The staff here are so kind and friendly. I went at the last minute for a PCR test that I needed for a trip that same day and they were very accommodating and prompt. Great service!
We had travel test done today and were a little confused what we needed. Jiteshkumar the pharmacist was amazing in guiding us through. He searched to ensure the right test. For those looking to book their PCR test, book with Courtice IDA Pharmacy with confidence. The staff was very kind and very efficient. The whole process took minutes. Mr. Kandoriya was very kind, informed and knowledgeable and took the time to ask us all relevant information, like flight time and destination. He also took the time to verify our destination requirements just to be safe, no one else does this. Looking at the review previous to mine, I can understand that mistakes can be made however from my experience they made very sure of the time stamp. The results from our test were also provided just over 24 hrs from our test which gave us so much relief. The whole process was just effortless and obtaining the document is equally as easy. On top of all this, their price for the test is well below any other location. I would strongly recommend to get your PCR test here.
Had an amazing experience with Courtice IDA. I had to book a pcr test to travel. The process was very slick! I received a confirmation, a reminder at 1 week and a reminder an hour before my test was due. I arrived for my test and the staffwere amazing. They examined what the test entailed and also administered my flue shot . The interaction was very professional and informative!
