Had to go in Saturday and Sunday this week for a few different things. Had the same two staff members both days and was assisted by each of them separately. Both were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. With how rarely it is to get quality service nowadays it was very appreciated to receive great service two days in a row, from different employees. Someone running this store knows what they are doing, thank you.
The staff is super great and excellent with their customer service skills very very rarely is there any problems with tinting certain colours of paint 99% of the time it's right on when I call for in order it's always there and ready for when I need to pick it up or have it delivered
The staff member at the Courtice location was very helpful. He explained everything we needed to know and even stayed a little longer then the store was scheduled to be open so we could make our selections.
I have made all my paint purchases here over the last year, the staff are so helpful and go the extra mile for you. The paint is far superior to anything I've used from the big box stores and the store is well organized so you can grab what you need in short order.
