I didn’t get a chance to eat this time, but I was very impressed with this A&W. The place was super clean, honestly one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve seen in a long time. The environment was welcoming, and the customer service was excellent and friendly. It’s rare to see a place maintained this well. I’m definitely eager to come back and try the food next time.
Best a&w ever! The food came out fresh, hot, and fast — exactly what you want from a great fast food spot. The staff were super friendly and made sure my order was perfect. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and everything tasted amazing.
The night shift guy was not even bothered to wear gloves before preparing the dish. I went in there around 3 am on August 21st and ordered for an veggie burger. Before preparing my order, he attended a customer who paid him with cash and handled his change coins with bare hands. After that he didn't even bothered to wash or put on gloves before preparing my order. Absolutely disgusting ?
First time at this location. My son wanted teen burgers so we decided to get take out as a family. At first glance the burgers looked great! However, the patties were dried out and the bacon was definitely cooked a very long time ago. The fries used in the poutine also tasted old, like they had been sitting around for awhile. 3 double teen burger combos 2 with poutine. Disappointed with this experience. $58 dollars to be this disappointed is very expensive. Do not recommend.
Went to this restaurant today, were looked after by Sierra. It was the best experience we’ve had in a long time. Sierra was polite, friendly, personable and efficient. Everything was first class, especially Sierra. She is a real asset to A&W !
Great experience the food was fresh tasty , prepared fast the restaurant is clean the staff are friendly the only down side is no drive thru but that's a small thing I will be going back for sure and is a strong recommend
