I’m regular customer most of the pioneer location in Durham but specifically this location close to my home so I am very kind with all the staff but the problem is the washroom and atleast my knowledge over a month there is no light and this location didn’t take any action to resolve the issue and very defensive when I told them you inform the manager or retailer or higher ups and today even they suggest me to call head office so I did call and they responded to me to forward to the TM so glad down the road shouldn’t be a issue,mean time wonder how staff able to use the washroom if this issue persists for a while and I saw a girl working on the weekend too.
Getting gas pre pay fine. But I only use cash so I need to go into store. This is third time I had same woman 1. Doesn't know how to give money back 2. Tried to give me .99 cents back as change 3. Can only give me my pre Paid receipt doesn't know how to give final one If your going to do pre paid understand your computer and train staff I had this problem before suggested I give her money and don't punch in until I am done
As an educated business person-- your pre paid enforcement is not a good idea. How often do people run with gas? I was going to fill my tank. I was empty... BUT you are making me pre pay? I am not sure if I can fit $60.00 in my gas tank. So... I only gave you $40.00. I will be going over to petro for now on... that's dumb.
Women working there was very rude and when I asked to use the bathroom lied and said it was out of service didn't say sorry didn't great me nothing very rude won't stop here again pumps are slow aswell
Will not use this station again. I pulled up to a pump, prepaid for gas. The pump trigger was broken and would not pump the gas. I put the pump back and it reset the transaction. I logged into my banking app which said the amount was on hold. The transaction on the pump had cleared and would not let me get a receipt to show the transaction had cancelled. Checked my banking again. The amount was still on hold and not in my available funds. I went inside to ask the employee for help on the matter. In front of 2 other customers she claimed that she couldn't provide a receipt to show a cancellation on the pump (which might have been true) and claimed that the pump was working and my card had been declined (which was not true). She purposely shouted it very loud and was saying that to be spiteful because I had questioned her about why she could not correct the issue. Her name was Nimala. I needed gas so I pulled up to the next pump and prepaid on that one. Then went on my way. I checked my bank the next morning and the money from the first transaction where no gas was pumped was still on hold. I called the store. The gentleman was very nice and understanding and gave me his managers number. He even knew that the pump was not working. This man should be the store manager, instead of the guy he directed me to. His customer service was excellent. The manager I called dismissed my claim as if I was full of it and defended the female employee and did not follow up with me. Checked this morning. My money is still on hold and unavailable to me. I was not aggressive or rude. I was just trying to protect myself against charges to my bank account for gas that I did not get from the first transaction.
Good bye Husky, just tried prepay, didn't work ,will take my business somewhere else. Your employee, just kept saying put card in and no offer to help.
