Love love love everything about the store and the people! The team is so wonderful and helpful. The variety of brands and the wide range of sizes and styles make this a great place for your whole family!
I’ve been a consignor and a shopper for years, i absolutely love the quality and positivity of the staff and the clothes. Everyone is so kind and lovely, especially the owner. I’ve been able to talk to her and also as a small business owner can relate to what it’s like. I love watching their socials updating all the new items they’re getting. I love thrifting but I find I am more successful finding pieces here than anywhere else. And as a consignor, my items sold can be used toward my next purchase, who doesn’t love shopping for free I would consider its worth repeating to be more on the high end of second hand getting sometimes brand new items of high end brands. Sunday brunch at mollys ALWAYS includes as stop at it’s worth repeating. Love what the owners and her fantastic staff are doing. Always love support local and small business who hire local!
An amazing experience each time I visit. I have family in the area that I visit quite often and always make a point of shopping at Its Worth Repeating Courtice. The staff are so friendly, courteous and helpful. You never know what treasures you will find!!
I went to this Shop with my mother, very uncomfortable time, while looking through the racks , the employees which we’re young black girl and a lady with dark brown hair passed the shoulders hair length and black glasses kept looking towards us even coming around us pretending to fix hangers, made us feel uncomfortable like they that we were going to steal. When I was close to the reception area where my mother asked to try on some dresses , my mother called out my name , the lady with the black glasses said your name is Claudia , I answered yes , she asked me if I buy and resale with a rude voice like she was annoyed, I answered no, she said well you like a Claudia that buys and resales , I said I have heard that .i wanted to respond to her accusation but I respected the fact she had customers and my mother was with me who already Felt uncomfortable . I know there’s a lot of mom hustlers doing it and I support them . and even if I did . What is it to her , is she hating on resellers , she’s basically, doing the same thing by buying from other people low and selling a high price. Once a customer buys from your Business you shouldn’t care what they do with the product. Sounds like a hater . You need to stop creeping on other woman’s business, because if you know the name , that means your creeping on others people’s hustle. Definitely not going back . Edit: I am not sure what your issue is. Clearly, you don’t support other small businesses or resellers. We don’t treat other small local businesses like you do. The fact that the “owner” of your store (a man which my security camera captured) came to my shop unannounced recording me and demanding me to take down my review shows the kind of people you are. The negative experience I had at your store actually happened although you want to deny it. After your “owners” visit I tried to call your shop to resolve this misunderstanding and I was met with lies and arguments. The girl on the phone was extremely rude, combative and disrespectful. She hung up the phone on me (I recorded the call). She can’t even have a civilized conversation. To say my shop is full of your merchandise is a complete lie. Your consigners can come into my shop and see for themselves that you are making this all up. I guess we are such a big threat that you feel the need to bully us around!! The fact that you know my name and all this information about me shows you have been spying and coming around my shop without my knowledge. As a mom, and a small business owner, I believe in community over competition! If people buy from you, instead of me, I can be happy to see other local businesses thriving but I guess you don’t want others to succeed and put food on the table for their families. I would never treat anyone like you have treated me, and my manager!! Disgusting behaviour from all of your staff. I truly hope you learn from all of this and learn to treat people better.
Love love love this store! Taking in my things gives me a credit on account and it’s like shopping for free for amazing treasures always up to date items! Customer service is amazing. Always friendly?
This is my favourite second hand store in all of Ontario!! I moved away from the area a few years ago but I still make the trip to visit here if I’m even remotely close to the area. Always a large collection of high quality clothes and at an incredibly fair price. Doesn’t hurt that the staff are super nice. Every single time I’ve gone to this store I’ve walked out with numerous pieces from aritzia, lululemon, etc and my bill is never over $100. Keep up the good work!!!
