To say Dave and Teresa were exceptional is an understatement. Absolutely every aspect of their service was amazing, from their communication to the food itself. My guests raved about the food, the ribs were literally melt in your mouth fall of the bone good. I didn’t get the opportunity to meet Dave personally (I was off having photos taken) but my helpers all said he was amazing, even my neighbour stopped by today to talk about Dave and how great he was. Thank you Teresa and Dave. Organizing a wedding is stressful, you made this seamless and did it with efficiency and class. ❤️ highly recommend
This September, we had Black's Hill BBQ cater our wedding, their service and food was absolutely phenomenal. From day one, Dave and Teresa were prompt in communication and answered all questions easily. Not only are they professionals, the food and service was top notch. They were organized, despite never having catered at our venue - you would never know it! Even weeks following our wedding, guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. We cannot thank Dave, Teresa and colleagues enough, they truly made our wedding reception perfect!

We had Black’s Hill BBQ for our wedding this June in Sunderland and I cannot say enough good things about the food and service we received. From the moment we tasted the tender brisket and flavorful bbq chicken to the creamy mac and cheese, fresh salad, and perfectly seasoned potatoes. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the food, and many said it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had. The catering team was professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that every detail was attended to. We cannot recommend Black's Hill BBQ enough! We have used them for several years now to cater a large BBQ lunch for our office and every year it has been next level. Everyone loves it! Teresa and Dave always go above and beyond. We look forward to next year!
I went to a family wedding and really enjoyed the food from Black's Hill BBQ, and later hired them for my parents' 50th anniversary. We planned to eat at 6pm and the food arrived on time (to the minute!). We had so many compliments that night and many asked the name of the caterer. The food was fantastic, so delicious, and arranging all the details was so simple and easy. We would not hesitate to use them again!
Great food! We ordered jalapeno poppers and sliders for appetizers. Smoked chicken and pulled pork for mains. Set up was professional and clean. Service was excellent. Will definitely be working with Black's Hill Bbq again in the future.
